South Asians face a unique set of health risks that often go undetected until it’s too late. At LPS Health, we focus on early detection, culturally informed care, and research-driven prevention of cardiometabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic syndrome.
Our mission is to empower individuals and families with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to take action early — when it matters most.
We focus on identifying cardiometabolic risk early — before symptoms start — especially in South Asians who may be overlooked by conventional screening tools.

Culturally Driven Education
We develop accessible, evidence-based resources that reflect the lived experiences, diets, and wellness needs of South Asian communities.
The South Asian world is not a homogeneous mass. South Asians account for nearly 25% of the global population — about 2 billion people. The South Asian diaspora spans across the globe, yet these fundamental issues have not been adequately addressed.
How do we fix this?
Focused Research
Our research zeroes in on three major drivers of early disease:
LPS Health is tackling the South Asian health crisis with prevention-first strategies that blend medical insight and cultural relevance. We empower two generations: those aged 25–40 to take proactive steps toward lifelong wellness, and those 50+ to repair and manage existing conditions with clarity and support. We also aim to ensure that younger generations grow up free from the burden of these health issues during their early years.
Through our One 2 Ka 4 Program, we provide access to:
Screenings and services to prevent cardiac risks early.
Lifestyle coaching and glucose monitoring for prevention.
Support for holistic metabolic health and vitality.
